专辑的这首《Stan》，说的是一个Eminem的忠实粉丝，因为偶像没有回他的信，一气之下，和怀孕的女友开车坠海的故事。
这首歌描述了明星遇到极端粉丝，受到令人窒息的崇拜的现状。歌词写的太好，Dido的合声，加上MV恰当好处，以致于后来Stan变成了一个通用词：
